Rosemary - Helps at relaxing muscles by improving blood flow to to them.

( you may be familiar with this herb as a classic holiday stuffing but it can also be in bean dishes, tomato sauces, chicken rissotto and pesto).
Tarragon - Known as nature's tranquilliser it promotes a feeling of calm.
( Salmon, chicken, vegetables: such as carrots, asparagus sprinkled over cooked vegetables much like parsley).
Dill - Good for digestive disorders, as well as irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) common in people who are stressed. Used in a great number of dishes such as soups, salads and good used with potatoes and fish.
